Jolie was born from a long-standing friendship and a shared passion for food and community.
Fifteen years ago, George and Traci teamed up to open De Luca Food & Wine in Miami
Beach—a modern Italian restaurant that quickly became a local favorite. Though De Luca’s run ended when the building was sold, the dream didn’t stop there.
Years later, over a round of golf, George and Traci reimagined that magic. The result is Jolie,

Our menu is rooted in Italian simplicity, with offbeat pastas, Neapolitan pizza from our
wood-burning oven, and comforting favorites like a half-roasted chicken, 12 oz Angus NY steak frites, and our signature crab cakes. You'll also find global flavors woven throughout, because great food knows no borders.
